Shipping policy
TIEFENBACHER LEHMANN ships products within Germany by Hermes, Deutsche Post and DHL Paket. The transport risk is borne by the sender. Delivery to all other countries is made by DHL. Please note: If you specify a Packstation as the delivery address, delivery is only possible via DHL.
The goods will be ready for dispatch on the following working day of your order at the latest. If the product is personalised, such as an individual engraving, the delivery time may be extended by up to one week. Unless otherwise agreed with you, delivery from stock will be made within 2-5 working days to the delivery address you specify, depending on the choice of shipping method and delivery location. Due to unforeseeable events, such as strikes, delays in delivery may occur in exceptional cases.

Switzerland*: 13.99 EUR, starting from an order value of 1,000 EUR we have to add 60.00 EUR of declaration of export costs
Worldwide*: 29.95 EUR, starting from an order value of 1,000 EUR: 69.95 EUR plus 60.00 EUR for declaration of export
*Any customs duties are to be paid by the customer.
VAT free
We can deliver VAT free to all countries outside the EU (Switzerland, USA etc.). Prerequisite is that the delivery and billing address is not within the EU.
